A woman in the Town of Hanover has been charged with 2nd-degree harassment following an altercation Tuesday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an address in the town at about 9:00 PM and determined that 41-year-old Michelle Julian allegedly struck an individual during the incident. Julian was issued an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court.
