Two people were charged for shoplifting from Dollar Tree following an investigation by Dunkirk Police. On Monday May 19th around 4:16pm, Dunkirk Police Officers responded to Dollar Tree at 327 Main St. for a previous shoplifting incident. Following investigation, police determined that 33-year-old Kevin Dejesus-Rivera and 36-year-old Christina Marrero had allegedly stole property from the store. Both Dejesus-Rivera and Marrero were located on May 20th and issued appearance tickets for Petit Larceny.
