A Jamestown man was charged with DWI getting pulled over in Ellery. During Sunday around 2:20am, officers with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Bemus Pt. Ellery Rd. in the Town of Ellery. The operator, identified as 23-year-old Daren Vaillancourt, was found to allegedly be driving while intoxicated. Vaillancourt was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se, and speed in zone. He will appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
