A homeless man is accused of driving while under the influence of drugs and speeding following a traffic stop in the Town of Ellicott last month. Ellicott Town Police say 49-year-old Jeffrey Seekings was pulled over for driving in excess of 55 miles an hour on April 18th. Officers say a search found a quantity of narcotics in his possession. Police add that Seekings was sought on an active Jamestown City Court warrant, and that he allegedly refused to submit to a chemical test. Seeking was charged with two counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, plus one count each of criminally using drug paraphernalia, DWI, and DWAI-drugs.
