A report of a vehicle off the roadway on Route 394 in the Town of Poland led to a drunk driving charge against a Cherry Creek woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to the scene at about 2:45 AM Saturday and identified the driver as 48-year-old Beth Grover. Further investigation found that she was allegedly intoxicated. Grover will appear in Poland Town Court on charges of DWI and speed not reasonable and prudent.
