On April 10th, officers saw 41-year-old Tyler Perez exiting a business on the city's south side at about 4:45 PM. They had previous knowledge that Perez had a warrant out of Jamestown City Court. Perez fled from officers, but was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. During the pursuit, Perez allegedly tried to dispose of illegal drugs. In addition to his warrants, Perez was charged with resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, and two counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

On April 12th, officers patrolling the area of Prendergast Avenue and East 5th Street saw a male drinking an alcoholic beverage on the sidewalk. The man, identified as 45-year-old Guerhard DeGraff, initially refused to stop for officers, and when he did stop, he continued to drink the beverage in front of them. He allegedly refused to pour the beverage out and began pulling away from officers after being told he was under arrest. DeGraff allegedly actively resisted and tried to fight back, but he was subdued and placed in wrist restraints after a brief struggle. DeGraff was charged with public consumption of alcohol, 2nd-degree obstruction and 2nd-degree harassment.

On April 25th, Jamestown Police saw 31-year-old Trisha Bull walking on the city's south side at about 7:30 PM. Bull, who had an active bench warrant from the Jamestown Police Department, originally stopped for officers, but then took off. She was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. Bull was charged for her warrant, as well as resisting arrest.
