A call for a domestic dispute earlier this month in Jamestown led to the arrest of a man for two counts of aggravated criminal contempt. Jamestown Police responded to a residence on the city's south side on the night of December 3rd and saw 28-year-old James Carter inside the residence with a female and a juvenile victim. Officers determined that Carter had an active stay-away order of protection prohibiting him from being present with both victims. Carter quickly went back inside the residence, but officers found him hiding inside. He was take into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
