A Frewsburg man is facing a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident at an address on Martin Road in the Town of Kiantone. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and Ellicott Town Police were called to the scene shortly after 8:15 PM Sunday and discovered that 39-year-old Jason Genberg allegedly damaged someone's property by kicking in a door. Genberg was later arrested and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
