Fredonia Superintendent Reports 'Positive Energy' on First Day of School

The first day of the new school year is in the books for several districts across Chautauqua County. Among them was the Fredonia Central School District, whose superintendent says there was "positive energy" within all of the district's buildings on Tuesday.
