Crash involving motorcycle claims life in Jamestown

The Jamestown Police Department is investigating a crash involving a car and a motorcycle that claimed the life of a Jamestown man on Friday. Officers, along with Jamestown Fire and EMS, responded to the area of Newland Avenue and Colfax Street around 5:45 AM. Police say the westbound motorcycle, operated by 33-year-old Felix Figueroa-Torres, collided with the eastbound car on Newland Avenue, causing Figueroa-Torres to be ejected from the bike.
