Fredonia Police Chief Phil Maslak says his department will be enforcing an executive order issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo that directs that all non-essential gatherings of any size for any reason be postponed or canceled because of COVID-19 outbreak. Maslak, in a news release issued Friday afternoon, indicated that police will investigate incidents of parties, celebrations or other social gatherings during the pandemic.
