Police Make Another Felony Drug Arrest in Dunkirk

A lengthy investigation by the Dunkirk Police Department and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics in the city has produced another arrest. 35-year-old Efrain Aguilar-Rodriguez is accused of selling narcotics in the area of East 2nd Street and Columbus Avenue. Dunkirk Police located Aguiar-Rodriguez at his home on North Gazelle Street shortly after 9:30 PM Saturday and arrested him without incident on Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants charging him with three felony counts of 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is being held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.
