Authorities have arrested another Dunkirk resident as a result of a several months-long investigation into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics in the city. The investigation by the Dunkirk Police Department and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force led to Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants being issued for 34-year-old Christopher Torres on two felony counts of 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Dunkirk Police located Torres at his residence on Eagle Street late Friday afternoon and took him into custody without incident. He is being held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.
