More than a year after being awarded $10 million through New York State's Downtown Revitalization Initiative, the City of Dunkirk has learned what projects will be funded with that money. Firefighters from seven departments were called to battle an early morning fire at a residence in the Village of Falconer on Tuesday. Gas prices are continuing to trend slightly lower as the Memorial Day travel weekend approaches.
