A report of a suspicious situation at an address on Jamestown's west side Thursday evening led to the arrest of a woman who had an outstanding warrant. Jamestown Police were addressing an issue between a landlord and a tenant shortly after 7:00 PM when they saw 28-year-old Lisa Tucker exit the bathroom of the apartment. When officers asked Tucker for her name, she allegedly responded with the name of a different city resident. Tucker allegedly failed to comply with officers' demands to stop and instead took off after a brief struggle. According to police, an investigation found that she had provided the false name in an effort to avoid being arrested on her warrant through an outside agency. Tucker was charged with 2nd-degree criminal impersonation, 2nd-degree obstruction and resisting arrest.
