Saturday Sports Update
Top: This year's NCAA Tournament has been very topsy-turvy. So much so, that three teams seeded 9 or lower are in the Elite Eight. And all three teams will be in action this evening, vying for a spot in the Final Four. Kansas State, fresh off its upset of Kentucky, will face the tournament's Cinderella team, Loyola-Chicago. Meanwhile, Florida State looks to continue its own improbable tournament run when the Seminoles battle Michigan. Photos by the Chicago Tribune and Detroit Free Press

One of the Cinderellas of the women's tournament, UB was unable to get past the defending national champions. The Bulls lost 79-63 in Albany. Photo by the Buffalo News
