Last week, the Raiders rallied to beat the Kansas City Chiefs 31-30 in a game decided on the final play.  Today, the Raiders and Bills will square off in less than ideal conditions for a passing game, so that may play into Buffalo's favor.  Catch all the action on WDOE (94.9 FM/1410 AM), starting at 1:00 PM.  Photo by USA Today
