Sunday Sports Update

Top: Roger Federer reacts after defeating Rafael Nadal today in the Australian Open men's final.  The 35-year-old Federer defeated Nadal 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 in Melbourne to win his 18th career Grand Slam and his first since winning Wimbledon in 2012.

Bottom left: Freshman phenom Josh Jackson turned in a huge game for 2nd-ranked Kansas on Saturday.  Jackson had a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Jayhawks to a 79-73 victory over 4th-ranked Kentucky.  While the Jayhawks will likely remain in the top 5 in the latest polls, the same cannot be said for the Wildcats, who lost at unranked Tennessee earlier this week.

Bottom right: Five Buffalo Bills players will be taking the field in Orlando this evening for the annual Pro Bowl, which has gone back to its traditional AFC-NFC format.  Those players, pictured from left to right, are defensive tackle Kyle Williams, linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, linebacker Zach Brown, and offensive guard Richie Incognito.  Cornerback Stephon Gilmore (not pictured) is also on the AFC's Pro Bowl roster.
