Top: It's not every year that Dunkirk High School football generates a lot of buzz in November. But the Marauders have proven that this is not an ordinary season. Today, Alton Ingram and the Marauders look to power their way past Batavia in the New York State Class B Far West Regionals at New Era Field in Orchard Park. Bottom left: Andy Greene of the New Jersey Devils wheels away in celebration after beating Buffalo Sabres goalie Andres Nilsson late in overtime on Friday night's game at the KeyBank Center. Greene's goal gave the Devils a 2-1 victory after the Sabres had led 1-0 after two period. Nilsson stopped 41 shots, but the Sabres had to settle for only one point. The two teams square off again tonight in New Jersey.
Bottom right: The college basketball season tipped off Friday with a pair of dramatic games in Hawaii. Arizona's Kadeem Allen drives to the basket for the game-winning layup with 1.9 seconds left as the Wildcats defeated Michigan State 65-63.
