Robert T. Stankowicz of 114 1/2 West Greet Street, Olean, formerly of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at his home.
Robert was born on November 16, 1962 in New Brunswick, NJ and was a son of Robert Thomas and Barbara Goddard Stankowitz. He lived in New Jersey for most of his life before moving to Silver Creek, Dunkirk, and then Olean.
Robert's passion was music. He sang, played the guitar, and wrote music. He loved the band KISS, karaoke, and making people laugh.
Robert was an avid sports memorabilia and coin collector.
Robert is survived by three children, Samantha M. Stankowitz, Amanda A. Stankowitz and Bobby; two brothers, Anthony and Jay; three sisters, Sandy, Tina, and Jessica; and many nieces and nephews, including Angie, Selena, Anthony, and Joey, whom he loved very much.
