Carmen L. "Celenia" Robles, 78, of Dunkirk died Saturday afternoon, April 15, 2017 at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA following a lengthy illness. She was born December 15, 1938 in Anasco, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Antonia (Gonzalez) Robles.
A Dunkirk resident since 1987, Mrs. Robles was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Reynaldo (Iris Mercado) Reyes of Dunkirk; two daughters, Aurea E. Reyes of Puerto Rico and Marianita (Edgardo Marin) Gonzalez of Dunkirk; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tomas Robles.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 21 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dunkirk. The Rev. Dennis G. Riter will officiate. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
