Two county lawmakers call for repeal of SAFE Act

The Chautauqua County Legislature's Public Safety committee will be meeting next week and one of the items on the agenda is a proposed motion calling for the repeal of the New York SAFE Act.  Legislators Fred Croscut and Robert Stewart have sponsored the motion which points out there was minimal public discussion and the legislation contains serious flaws.  The committee will take up the motion next Wednesday.
