A crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-86 in the Cattaraugus County Town of Allegany early this morning sent one person to Olean General Hospital for treatment. Emergency dispatchers in Little Valley say fire and rescue crews responded to the scene around 1:15 am. The eastbound lanes between Exits 24 and 25 were closed for about five hours. No word on what caused the tractor-trailer to overturn.
