Dunkirk city officials to hold forum on waterfront improvements

The city of Dunkirk will be holding a public meeting and open house Thursday evening on plans for improvements in the waterfront area and along Central Avenue from the city to the village of Fredonia. The city received a $2.5 million Smart Growth grant last fall that will help fund the improvements. The meeting will run from 6 until 7:30 pm at the Dunkirk Senior High School Cafeteria.
