Gowanda Woman Arrested for Making Meth

A Gowanda woman has been charged with manufacturing meth following a joint investigation by the Gowanda Police Department and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Detectives from Gowanda Police and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, as well as Cattaraugus County and Erie County K-9 units, executed a search warrant Monday afternoon at 20 Frederick Street discovered methamphetamine, lab equipment, precursors and chemical reagents used in the making of meth. Authorities also found multiple illegal pills, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia. 29-year-old Sara Seeley was taken into custody and charged with 3rd-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, 2nd-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
