A Fredonia woman is facing aggravated DWI after a crash on Willow Road in the town of Dunkirk Sunday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they were called out to a one-vehicle rollover around 6:30 pm. A brief investigation found that the driver, 38-year-old Lori Carr was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Deputies took Carr into custody, charging her with aggravated DWI with .18 percent or higher blood alcohol content. She was charged with DWI and failure to keep right. Carr will answer the charges in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
