A Corry, Pennsylvania man is facing a felony marijuana possession charge following an overnight traffic stop in the Town of Mina. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation on Route 426 at about 1:00 AM Sunday. Further investigation led to a search of the vehicle by K-9 Link. A passenger, 26-year-old Patrick Thomson, was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia and more than eight ounces of pot. Thomson was charged with 3rd-degree criminal possession of marijuana and will appear in Mina Town Court at a date. The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Dakota Lindstrom of Corry, was cited for inadequate muffler and no stop lamps.
