A Randolph man is facing several charges including Aggravated DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following a crash that occurred early this morning on Route 394 in the town of Randolph. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say they arrested 46-year-old Monty Shields after they responded to a report of a suspicious person around 2 am and discovered that Shields had been involved in a motor vehicle crash. Further investigation revealed that Shields had been driving with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater. That's more than twice the legal limit.
