A Jamestown man is facing felony DWI after a traffic stop on I-86 in the town of Angelica in Allegany County on Saturday. State Police say they arrested 37-year-old Ruben Vargas after a report of a vehicle driving erratically. While speaking with Vargus, troopers say they detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Vargas was found to have a blood alcohol content of .17 percent or more than twice the legal limit. Due to a prior conviction of DWI within the previous ten years, Vargas was charged with a felony. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of bail.
