The latest nor'easter to hit the East Coast dropping snow from Washington into New England, causing more than 44-hundred flights in and out of the region to be cancelled Wednesday. Governor Andrew Cuomo announced last night that the remaining travel bans for tractor trailers in downstate areas have been lifted, including the Thruway south of Newburgh, New York.
