A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple felony charges after an investigation by State Police in Jamestown into insurance fraud. Investigators say they were advised by the New York State Department of Labor that 28-year-old Dane Sobocinski of Russell, Pennsylvania had collected over $3,000 in unemployment insurance while he was allegedly employed. Sobocinski, who was picked by troopers on Monday, has been charged with insurance fraud in the 3rd degree and 10 counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree.
