A $16 million housing project that will involve gut-rehabilitation and new construction will get underway today in the city of Dunkirk. Rosas-Announces start of housing project

Rosas says much of the actual construction work will include properties in the Main Street-Route 60 corridor in the city. Project completion is expected within the next two years.
