A crash involving two tractor-trailers on I-86 in the town of Cuba in Allegany County has claimed the life of an Ohio man. State Police say that the crash around 5:30 am Tuesday morning involved a disabled tractor-trailer that was partially in the highway. The driver, 41-year-old Kyle Willis of Dorset, Ohio was outside his vehicle, attempting to make repairs, when he and his truck were struck by another tractor-trailer traveling east on I-86. Willis was transported to Olean General where he later died. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation is investigating the crash along with the assistance of the State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.
