A traffic stop in the town of Stockton late Sunday night led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Mayville man on a warrant out of the Keystone State. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they pulled over Justin Gibbons for a traffic infraction on West Railroad Avenue around 11:30 pm Sunday. Further investigation determined that Gibbons had an active arrest warrant out of Erie County, Pennsylvania. Gibbons was arraigned in Stockton Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail awaiting extradition.
