AAA says study backs buckling down on seat belt safety

AAA is urging state lawmakers to pass legislation that would require all rear seat occupants to wear their seat belts. Currently, only children younger than 16 are required to buckle up in the back seat. Elizabeth Carey of AAA of Western and Central New York says a change in the law would save lives.
