A 49-year-old Buffalo man is facing charges after an armed robbery occurred at a home on Lake Shore Road in the town of Evans Sunday night. Evans Town Police say they responded to a report of an armed robbery around 8 pm. The suspect was wearing a ski mask when he allegedly attacked a male resident with a gun. Police were able to locate Angel Reyes and take him into custody. The victim was transported to Lake Shore Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Police say they found Reyes with a silver and black BB gun and a box filled with money. He's been charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and one count of second-degree assault. Reyes was arraigned in Evans Town Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
