A 29-year-old Fredonia woman is facing drug related charges after a nearly month-long investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force into crack cocaine sales in the city of Dunkirk. Dunkirk Police located Charlotta Thomas of Wisteria Drive around 1 pm Sunday, charging her with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree. She is accused of selling quantities of crack cocaine to task force agents within the city of Dunkirk. Thomas taken to the City lock-up where she is being held without bail. Additional charges are pending according to task force officials.
