A 74-year-old man has died from smoke inhalation after fire broke out early Thursday morning in an apartment in the city of Jamestown. Jamestown Police have released the identity of the victim, Patrick Reilly. Reilly's body was taken to the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. Fire officials say a space heater placed too closely to combustibles apparently triggered the blaze.
