An Amherst woman has been charged with aggravated DWI after a crash in the town of Collins in Erie County last night. Erie County Sheriff's deputies say that 29-year-old Olga Fushchini was apparently driving a vehicle that had crashed into a tree on Route 438. A deputy found Fushchini outside the vehicle. She failed standard field sobriety tests and an initial breath test. Fushchini registered a blood alcohol content level of nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit.
