Hawkins, who has a Fredonia address, has been charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana along with the parole arrest warrant. Linger and Wisniewski have both been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. The three were arraigned in Sheridan Town Court and sent to the County Jail without bail. Hawkins is scheduled to be arraigned on a felony arrest warrant from Dunkirk City Court stemming from a separate investigation by Dunkirk Police.
