A Warren, Pennsylvania man is accused of injuring a woman with a vehicle during a domestic dispute on East Main Street in Falconer Sunday afternoon. Ellicott Town Police responded to the call around 4:30 pm Sunday. Officers found that 38-year-old Shawn Arnold was involved in an argument with the 38-year old female victim. During the argument, the victim was trying to get into Arnold's vehicle when he allegedly backed up, dragging her a short distance. She then fell to the ground and the vehicle ran over her legs. The woman, who had a valid order of protection against the suspect, was flown to UPMC Hamot in Erie for treatment. Police say Arnold left the scene, but was later located and charged with first degree reckless endangerment and aggravated criminal contempt. Shawn Arnold was sent to the County Jail without bail.
