County lawmakers to take up proposal to form Chautauqua Lake agency

With about 20 days to go in public office, Chautauqua County Executive Vince Horrigan says one of his final priorities will be taken up next week by the County Legislature. He intends to discuss a proposed resolution to establish a Chautauqua Lake Protection and Rehabilitation Agency with legislators this week.
