Travel conditions will deteriorate today and tonight, as a second round of lake effect snow becomes organized over the region. The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a lake effect snow warning for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and southern Erie counties until 7:00 AM Monday.
