The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for the annual holiday shopping season that kicks off after Thanksgiving and will once again be taking part in the annual Small Business Saturday. County Chamber President and CEO Todd Tranum says the chamber has signed on as a Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday. The Dunkirk Community Chamber of Commerce is working together with the city to celebrate Small Business Saturday at the former JC Penney Location in the D&F Plaza from 12 to 5 pm.
