Two people were taken into custody after they allegedly overdosed on drugs inside their Jamestown apartment. According to Jamestown Police, an eight-year-old child called 911 to report the incident at 601 Lafayette Street at about 3:30 PM Sunday. Police and EMS arrived and administered doses of Narcan to 30-year-old Kelly Sherlock and 45-year-old Luis Garcia. The two were arraigned in Jamestown City Court and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail for endangering the welfare of a child. The eight-year-old was not injured and turned over to a family member.
