A North East, Pa. woman is facing charges after a crash on North East-Sherman Road Sunday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they responded to a report of a crash in the town of Ripley. Deputies say an investigation determined that the driver, 19-year-old Samantha Martin was intoxicated. She has been charged with DWI, unlicensed operator and failure to stop at a stop sign. She'll appear in Ripley Town Court at a later date.
