A Fredonia man has announced his candidacy for the Fredonia Village Board. Steven Yunghans is running as a Democratic candidate. A former newspaper staff writer, Yunghans has spent much of his career in public service, including volunteer work for public access cable, a member of the Cable TV Advisory Board in Fredonia, and as a volunteer fighter and EMT.
