Edwards reaction to "mothball" notice

Local and county officials are urging local residents to show their support for the NRG plant in Dunkirk after the company filed a "mothball" notice with the State Public Service Commission.  County Executive Greg Edwards says he was surprised by the timing, but not by the development.

Edwards says State Senator Cathy Young is working hard to get an amendment made to the State Budget that would help plants like the Dunkirk facility become more viable. He says there is a sense of urgency.
