The Observer reports the committee approved the measure. The Audit and Control Committee will also take up the proposal on Thursday. A final vote is expected at next week's full County Legislature meeting. The current FBO, Lou Nalbone gave the County notice in September that he was discontinuing operations at the airport on October 31.
