A Hilliard, Ohio man is facing several charges after he was stopped for speeding on the I-90 in the town of Evans last night. State Police Troop T reports that troopers found that 65-year-old Muhammad Rizwan's driving privilege in New York State was suspended. After being placed under arrest, troopers requested Rizwan to exit his vehicle. He became aggressive and refused all commands. Rizwan was forcibly removed and taken into custody. Among the charges, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd. Rizwan was arraigned in Evans Town Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of bail.
